For 26 years, I've helped leaders strengthen their culture, relationships, and results by turning high performers into confident people-leaders.

 

Through one-to-one coaching and workshops, they learn to address issues early, communicate clearly, and build high-performing teams that stay engaged.


My background is in social work and mental health, where I saw the damage caused by avoidance and silence - disengagement, burnout, and people breaking under preventable pressure.

I didn't want to be the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff, so I trained in behavioural coaching, NLP and performance coaching. These skills enable me to help leaders identify and address negative patterns, pressures, and unspoken dynamics before they escalate. 

 

When we change how we think about difficult conversations, we change the outcomes. Leaders stop overthinking and start leading. Their teams feel it - trust deepens, performance follows, the room exhales. When teams communicate effectively, people are happier, collaboration strengthens, productivity rises. My expertise was developed both in the UK and during 18 years working with leaders in New Zealand, where I became known as the Queen of Difficult Conversations. Now back home permanently, and based near Bristol, I work with fast-growing businesses and professional services firms across the UK and internationally to strengthen their culture and boost results.
