Frequently asked questions
Managing Partners, Senior Partners, and leadership teams in professional services firms. Specifically, where a situation has been looked at, talked about, and still has not moved.
Neither. I work directly on the situation, behaviour, or dynamic that has not shifted, and get it resolved.
No. If you can already name the conversation nobody is having, that is usually reason enough. The earliest signs are delayed decisions, recurring tensions, or a problem that everyone can see, and nobody will touch.
It depends on the situation. Some resolve quickly once the necessary conversations finally take place. Others, where behaviour is more entrenched or working relationships have broken down, take longer. I will give you a straight answer on that in our initial conversation.
